Sourdough Project: Week 2

Difficulties:

This week I had a hard time understanding if I was following the procedure correctly. I wasn’t sure exactly when I was supposed to switch from a 24-hour feeding schedule to a 12-hour one. I tried my best to see when the dough started to rise and form hooch but overall I think I may have started too early. There were also a couple of times where I forgot to take pictures. Other than that I have encountered little difficulty with the sourdough starters.
